Formula explanation
Estimated amount received = gross sale amount - processing fees. Profit mode then subtracts product cost, shipping cost, and ad cost.
Reverse fee mode estimates the customer charge needed to reach a target received amount. Platform comparison mode applies the same sale inputs across PayPal, Stripe, Etsy, and eBay.
Example calculation
Canada sample: enter CAD 100.00 customer pays, CAD 12.00 shipping charged, CAD 35.00 product cost, and a manually checked fee amount if available.

Custom fee override
Use custom fee override if your Stripe dashboard or official pricing page gives you a specific fee amount for the sale you want to model.
